Walter Doyle and his 1966 Chevelle had an exceptional performance at Race Week 2023!  Walter’s new Career-Best Average ET propelled him among the Top 100 1/4 mile racers, and it propelled him upwards in the Drag-N-Drive World Champion Points Series (presented by Summit Racing) standings.

Walter’s iconic 1966 Chevelle, with it’s twin-turbo LS engine, consistently delivered a remarkable elapsed time (ET) average of 8.659 throughout the grueling Race Week. Besting his Sick Week 2023 average of 9.087 and RMRW 2023 average ET of 8.944!

Adding an extra layer of poignancy to his victory was the presence of his dedicated co-pilot, none other than his wife, Katheryn. Their synergy as a racing team contributed significantly to their success, making it a family affair.

Walter’s triumphant journey didn’t just elevate him to 4th place from 5th in the Drag-N-Drive World Champion Series Points.
